Ryan Baker

​Ryan joined the DG Talent Acquisition team in 2023 with a wealth of experience in both customer service and recruitment. Previously working for a premier league football team and a leading Irish airline, recruiting pilots. Ryan is now focused on the M&E engineering industry as Talent Acquisition Analyst, he is responsible for screening, conducting and supporting candidate selection and building and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders as well as working closely to support his TA colleagues.
