Looking to step up from agency recruitment into a broader in-house role? Designer Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist—an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter (2+ years) ready to expand their skills and make a real impact in a fast-paced, global engineering business.

The Opportunity
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both technical and corporate roles across our global operations. But this role is much more than just filling jobs—it’s about shaping the way we engage talent, enhance our employer brand, and future-proof our workforce.
You’ll:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer across a variety of functions
Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and plan strategically for current and future roles
Develop engaging, inclusive job descriptions and coordinate job postings across platforms
Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, talent databases, events, and referrals
Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a consistent, engaging selection process
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our values and culture
Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring clean data and workflow alignment
Support hiring manager capability with coaching on process, interview structure, and candidate evaluation
Work closely with HR to ensure smooth onboarding handovers and contract processes
Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you’ll also:
Contribute to the development and delivery of our employer branding content and EVP messaging
Support early careers hiring initiatives and build talent pipelines for key roles
Help design and roll out improvements to our recruitment process, documentation, and policies
Create regular recruitment reports and dashboards to support business visibility and planning
Collaborate on TA projects across areas like diversity & inclusion, workforce mobility, and internal mobility
Represent Designer Group at job fairs, industry events, open days and campus engagements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency background preferred)
Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders
Experience sourcing and managing candidates across multiple channels
Curiosity to learn and grow in broader Talent Acquisition disciplines
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a solutions mindset
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
A qualification in HR, business, or marketing is helpful but not essential
