Qualified Electricians – Dublin Projects 

Designer Group is continuing its strong growth across Ireland and Europe and is seeking qualified Electricians to join our project teams across multiple Dublin-based sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading international mechanical & electrical contractor delivering complex, high-value engineering projects across commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and data centre sectors.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical installations and supporting the successful execution of technically complex projects, working as part of experienced site teams in a safety-driven, professional environment.

Working closely with Site Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, and the wider project team, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, programme delivery, and safe working practices across our Dublin portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations in line with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards

• Install containment, cabling, lighting, power, and associated electrical systems

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and follow site procedures at all times

• Support commissioning and testing activities where required

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site

• Identify and report technical or safety issues proactively

• Maintain quality workmanship in line with Designer Group expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified Electrician with recognised trade certification

• Relevant Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or large-scale construction projects

• Strong understanding of electrical drawings and installation practices

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
