Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Administration support for the M&E Turnover Manager, QA/QC inspectors, QA engineer

  • Assist with the building of digital test packs

  • Inputting weld logs from site weld books to digital system

  • Gathering material certs from suppliers and uploading to digital test packs

  • Inputting punches from field lists to the digital system

  • Issue reports daily on turnover system status

  • Issue reports daily on punches

  • Issue reports daily on turnover constraint

  • Liaise with the digital quality system vendor

  • Set up the QA forms with the quality system vendor and QA engineer

  • Compile test packs as directed by the QA engineer

  • Compile CTOP (Contractor turn over packs) with support from the QA engineer

  • Compile VTOP (vendor turn over packs) with support from the QA engineer

  • Print/scan/log red lines to the digital system

  • Maintain master set of P&IDs / ISOs in QA office

 

The Ideal candidate will have

 

  • Proven experience of working with databases and systems, including inputting and extracting information

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills

  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and external stakeholders

  • Proactive and committed

  • Flexible and willing to work in a constantly changing environment of a growing company

  • Conscientious and responsible

  • Ability to support and enthuse others and maintain a professional image
