Reporting To: Senior Quantity Surveyor
As the M&E Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Senior Commercial Lead for brand new projects at Heathrow Airport from pre-con to completion. Your role involves overseeing and coordinating commercial aspects of the project to ensure smooth operations all the way through to final accounts.
Our client is £500million + turnover business with a strong order book at Heathrow Airport and London for the next few years.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Subcontracts
- Supporting Commercial Reporting
- Estimating small works and variations
- Coordinating with finance for timely payments
- Providing reports to PQS for client applications
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Quantifying works
- Adhering to predetermined budgets to optimise margins.
- Reporting into a Senior Commercial Lead
Knowledge/Experience:
* 2 years experience +
* Mechanical or Electrical background is essential
* Ideally NEC or JCT contract experience
