Reporting to: Senior Quantity Surveyor
As the M&E Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Senior Commercial Lead for brand new projects at Heathrow Airport from pre-con to completion. Your role involves overseeing and coordinating commercial aspects of the project to ensure smooth operations all the way through to final accounts.
Our client is £500million + turnover business with a strong order book at Heathrow Airport and London for the next few years.

Roles and Responsibilities
Managing Subcontracts
Supporting Commercial Reporting
Estimating small works and variations
Coordinating with finance for timely payments
Providing reports to PQS for client applications
Conducting regular site inspections
Quantifying works
Adhering to predetermined budgets to optimise margins.
Reporting into a Senior Commercial Lead
Knowledge/Experience
2 years experience +
Mechanical or Electrical background is essential
Ideally NEC or JCT contract experience
